Greetings!  If it were not for Mark Slepian, my family would not have closed on a refinancing that will net us a $500 savings each month.  The details of this deal are a story alone. The fact remains that if Mark Slepian had not been at the helm, I am certain that we would have abandoned the transaction, or more realistically, You would have said goodbye to us.  Nevermind that I have a great credit history:  no late payments on my mortgage.  Nevermind that this transaction would save me $500 each month.  What we started in August, culminated in a closing tonight, December 23rd.  Were it not for Mark, I am sure that I would have walked away, despite the possibility of such a monthly savings.  Mark and I have a working relationship that spans a decade, and as such, we know each other.  He reminds me of Jimmy Stewart in "It's a Wonderful Life" - he makes a difference because he cares deeply about people. 

You have a gem in Mark!  I am forever grateful to him, and in turn Superior, for making sure that my family prospers.  What a Christmas gift!  What a wonderful closing to tough times! Superior saves the day!
